Youth Development for Stronger Communities

The mission of the Youth Development Program is to serve the needs of working families by providing children ages 4-18 with a safe and nurturing supervised environment that includes age appropriate academic and enrichment activities during out of school time. Our innovative Youth Development Programs served over 1000 youth in 2014. Our programs are designed to engage and facilitate individual growth and encourage life-long enthusiasm in making a difference in our community.

Steps to Success

  • Many students in critical need of technology access are unable to gain the needed resources to stay on track with school requirements
  • In 2012 only 3000 Latina students took the AP computer science exam.
  • Studies show that quality afterschool programs help reduce at risk behavior.
